Alinity Divine
Alinity is featured in the lawsuit against Twitch. Erik Estavillo from California filed a civil lawsuit seeking $25,000,000 in damages from Twitch. The complaint claimed that Twitch provided users with "overly sexually suggestive content from female streamers while they were on the website. Dexerto discovered court records which show that the plaintiff who has previously fought Microsoft Sony Nintendo Blizzard as well as Blizzard had submitted a formal complaint the 15th of June. Twitch received an official summons from the court on the 19th June. Estavillo was, in accordance with the Santa Clara Superior Court of California complaint filed, suffers from a number of medical conditions that force him to rely on the Internet to enjoy his leisure. Also, he has an obsessive compulsive disorder(OCD) and a sexual addiction. As per the complaint, Twitch makes these issues much worse. The complaint continued to name a few female streamers it claims "continues to make available viewers who are just looking to catch gamers playing games on Twitch, but instead get confronted with sexually addictive content and other content on a regular and regular basis daily." Alinity does not appear on the list. The complaint demands the streamers listed above to be banned permanently from Twitch to be convicted of violating the Terms of Service. The complaint also demands an amount of $25 million as compensation to "be divided evenly among the plaintiff, any other Twitch Turbo Subscribers and any remaining funds."
