Christina Ochoa

Christina Ochoa hails from Spain and is an actress. She is also a marine scientist, author as well as a writer. She is the grandniece of Nobel laureate Severo Ochoa. Ochoa's artistic and scientific talents were equally encouraged in her family. Her studies took her all around the world, across Spain to Australia, and America. When she completed her studies she began to utilize social media to teach science. She was a speaker as well as host at many conferences. She came to realise that while scientific research has always been among her pursuits, acting is her real passion. The actress began acting as an entertainment activity and later moved to Madrid to further her grasp on the subject and hopefully be able to land some roles. In 2008 she debuted on stage with a comedic show called La que se avecina. Since then she has played on stage as being a lead character in numerous television series. As a writer, she regularly contributes to Vogue Spain, H, and El Imparcial magazines. In 2009, she became an associate of Mensa.
