The actress Jeanne Marie Tripplehorn has worked professionally for 27 years. She started her professional career in the year 1990 with an off Broadway show called The Big Funk, by John Patrick Shanley. A year later she was offered her first TV role in The Perfect Tribute. Her biggest break in her career came about in 1992 when she played a supporting role in the movie Basic Instinct. The Firm was the film where she became the leading lady for the first and only moment. It was a film that featured Tom Cruise, Gene Hackman and many others.
