Laura Linney

Laura Linney is an American actress who has become popular for her performance of strong and vulnerable characters. Linney was born into a theatrical family her father was the playwright, Romulus Linney. In 1986, she received her degree from Brown University. She then pursued a degree in Theatre at Arts Theatre School Moscow before finishing her studies at Juilliard School with a M.F.A. located in New York City in 1990. She appeared in the city on Broadway at first in 1990.
